Client Troubleshoot
Our client contacted us and asked us to rectify and to further solve the pop up problem that had been bugging them for weeks. Their IT guy have tried numerous time to find out what is wrong with ARCHIBUS/FM application installed. 3 PCs were installed but only 1 PC can be used. The rest of it closed ARCHIBUS/FM application when the Work Wizard is executed.
We tried and rectify the situation, it seems that they are trying to link the license file directly onto the server. We eliminate that process by copying the license file and pasting it in the bin directory. It went fine for a while but a new problem occurs, after the pop up occurs, the application just suddenly closed. That even frustrated the user.
We are suspecting that there is something wrong with the database linking since it is using MS SQL Server 2000. We don't have a database application expert on our team yet so we had to setup another meeting with the client to rectify this problem. Anyone care to help?
